Job Requirements
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
- Must have knowledge of dietary procedures and related Health Department regulations and guidelines for food service operations
- Must be able to serve food and beverages for residents in a prompt and efficient manner
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs
- This is primarily a standing position and required to stand in one place for extended periods of time

Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders from residents and serve meals on a timely basis that are both presentable and appetizing in appearance
- Set up and deliver meal trays and food carts to the dining room as instructed
- Handle requests from residents who require assistance with meal selection or have specific needs
- Set up the dining room for the next scheduled meal
- Assist in inventorying supplies
