Job Duties
- Play a vital role in delighting the residents in the dining room for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Serve meals with a smile on your face and attention to what the residents need and want
- Create a warm and welcoming dining environment
- Assist residents as needed during meals
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and care staff
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the dining area
- Foster positive relationships with residents and team members
