Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or server experience preferred
Ability to maintain professional demeanor and friendliness in all interactions
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to perform physical tasks involved in dining service

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service and/or server experience preferred
Excellent work ethic
Interested in learning and growing your skill set

Job Duties

Serves the residents in the dining room in a professional and timely manner
Maintains professional demeanor, cheerfulness and helpful attitude with all residents and guests in the dining room
Knowledge of menu selections and proper steps of service and cleanliness
Maintains cleanliness of all service areas including refrigerators, counters, shelves, racks, and trays
Keeps all service areas stocked with juices, butter, creamers, and condiments
Performs pre-service set up and post-service clean up including setting and bussing/clearing tables
