Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain any required food handling and sanitation certifications
- Availability to work part-time shifts from 6:30am to 2:30pm
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about providing exceptional service
- Detail-oriented and adaptable
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Take orders and serve food and drinks to residents in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner according to Spring Hills standards
- Set up dining tables with clean linen and polished silverware, ensuring a pleasant dining experience
- Accommodate all guest requests, communicate knowledgeably about menu items, and suggest alternatives as needed
- Maintain a service-oriented approach, providing a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests
- Work in a clean, sanitary, and organized manner while adhering to all health and safety regulations
