- Must have current Arizona Food Handler's Card and Title 4 Certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift trays up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature
- Be knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and promotions
- Upsell and make menu suggestions to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and problem-solving
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions
- Assist with event setups, breakdowns, and banquet service as needed
