Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in assisted living or dining services preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check
- Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Deliver food services to assigned residents with compassion and attentiveness
- Monitor activities and behaviors of residents during meals to ensure safety and comfort
- Coordinate and communicate with food services and team members to maintain holistic resident care
- Provide continuous, predictable, and efficient dining service to residents
- Uphold the company's core values by serving with heart, purpose, and courage
- Engage residents in pleasant interactions to enhance their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas in accordance with health standards
