Job Requirements
- Must be 15 years or older
- Must be able to read and write at a 9th-grade level
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position
- Ability to pass a negative drug test
- Willingness to undergo background check
- Ability to work weekdays and every other weekend
- Must have a positive attitude and a passion for serving seniors

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Play a vital role in delighting the residents in the dining room for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Serve meals with a smile on your face and attention to what the residents need and want
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members to ensure quality service
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service
- Support the team by responding to resident inquiries and special requests
- Help create a welcoming and friendly dining environment
