- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work the specified shifts including evenings and weekends
- good communication skills
- ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
- ability to interact with seniors and their families
- basic food service knowledge preferred
- willingness to learn and adapt to community standards

Job Duties
- provide excellent hospitality to senior residents
- serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and timely manner
- create a fun, engaging and caring environment for residents
- engage with residents' family and friends
- respond to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely manner
- professionally represent The Waters at all times
- ensure dining areas are maintained to a high standard
