Job Requirements
- Some high school education preferred
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable attendance and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Serve meals to residents in their rooms and dining areas with warmth, accuracy, and respect for individual dietary needs
- Set up trays and dining areas
- distribute and collect menus with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Restock supplies and prepare for each meal service to ensure a smooth and welcoming dining experience
- Complete daily cleaning tasks, wash dishes, and monitor food and equipment temperatures to keep dining and service areas clean, safe, and inviting
- Deliver food from the main kitchen with care, ensuring presentation and quality
- Create a positive and responsive dining experience for residents and guests
- Understand and implement departmental standards for service and safety
- Communicate effectively with culinary and service teams to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
- Assist with dining room setup, cleanliness, and resetting tables between meal services
- Maintain awareness of resident needs and requests
