Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in assisted living or similar environment
Ability to communicate effectively
Capacity to work flexible schedules
Reliable and punctual
Compassionate nature with a focus on resident wellbeing
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Experience in assisted living or similar senior care setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to monitor and respond to residents’ needs effectively

Job Duties

Accept responsibility for delivery of food services to assigned Resident Group
Monitor activities and behavior of residents to ensure appropriate care and service
Coordinate and communicate with food services and other team members
Maintain a continuous, predictable, and efficient dining service
Ensure residents’ dining experiences are dignified and pleasant
Support holistic care of residents through teamwork
Uphold company values while serving
