Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in dining or food service preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing and walking for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- friendly and compassionate demeanor
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in assisted living dining or food service preferred
- friendly, patient, and attentive attitude
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to provide excellent customer service with a compassionate approach
- basic knowledge of food safety practices
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Serve meals while assisting residents as needed with dining and dietary needs
- monitor resident activities and communicate any concerns to the care team
- coordinate with food services and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient meal service
- support residents' dignity, comfort, and enjoyment at every meal
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- respond promptly to resident requests and preferences
