Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
TABC certified
Texas Food Handlers certified
1-3 years food service or restaurant experience
minimum 21 years of age
ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
physical ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds
ability to work in varied environmental conditions
strong interpersonal skills
ability to follow oral and written instructions
ability to work under pressure
flexibility and adaptability

Job Qualifications

1-3 years food service or restaurant experience

Job Duties

Provide guests with exceptional, professional, and attentive food and beverage service
assist with the preparation and set-up of events
report any guest concerns or complaints to Food and Beverage Manager
provide guidance and support to temporary event staff
perform side work including cleaning and filling condiment containers, collecting banquet equipment, and preparing garnishes and beverages
uphold high standards of guest service
other duties as assigned
