Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • TABC certified
  • Texas Food Handlers certified
  • 1-3 years food service or restaurant experience
  • minimum 21 years of age
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work in varied environmental conditions
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • ability to work under pressure
  • flexibility and adaptability

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with exceptional, professional, and attentive food and beverage service
  • assist with the preparation and set-up of events
  • report any guest concerns or complaints to Food and Beverage Manager
  • provide guidance and support to temporary event staff
  • perform side work including cleaning and filling condiment containers, collecting banquet equipment, and preparing garnishes and beverages
  • uphold high standards of guest service
  • other duties as assigned
