Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- TABC certified
- Texas Food Handlers certified
- 1-3 years food service or restaurant experience
- minimum 21 years of age
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in varied environmental conditions
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- ability to work under pressure
- flexibility and adaptability
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide guests with exceptional, professional, and attentive food and beverage service
- assist with the preparation and set-up of events
- report any guest concerns or complaints to Food and Beverage Manager
- provide guidance and support to temporary event staff
- perform side work including cleaning and filling condiment containers, collecting banquet equipment, and preparing garnishes and beverages
- uphold high standards of guest service
- other duties as assigned
