Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Current food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Ability to stand walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Capable of climbing ladders squatting kneeling reaching grasping twisting bending and folding or unfolding as required
- Able to lift carry push and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Current food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited F&B service training program
- Excellent communication skills with ability to speak clearly and effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of service following Invited F&B service training program
- Provide food and beverage service to members and guests executing orders in a timely manner
- Ensure complete knowledge of à la carte menu including daily features and specials
- Greet members by name providing a warm welcome
- Assist fellow employees ensuring seamless member and guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail
- Handle member and guest complaints with service recovery techniques resolving issues promptly
- Complete daily assignments and side work ensuring work areas are organized clean and well-stocked
- Follow club standards for cleanliness organization and safety
- Support management by completing additional duties as assigned
- Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities
- Wear clean neat uniform meeting club standards
