Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalency
- One year of related work experience preferred
- Ability to stand for periods of time
- Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written communication
- Willingness to adhere to sanitation and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- At least one year of related work experience
- Experience working with senior adults preferred
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with state and sanitation policies
- Competent with basic computer operations and cleaning equipment
- Ability to respond with patience and courtesy in a healthcare environment
Job Duties
- Ensure a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area
- Stock dining areas with necessary supplies
- Respond patiently and courteously to residents, staff, and public
- Understand and apply state and sanitation policies
- Use cleaning equipment such as mop and broom appropriately
- Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds unassisted
