Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping required
- Manual dexterity for handling glassware and technology systems
- Able to move swiftly in a fast-paced environment
- Visual acuity for distance, closeness, color, depth, and adjusting focus as necessary, often in low or dimly lit areas
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required for California positions (can be obtained during training or within 60 days of hire)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Customer-service oriented mindset
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California positions (can be obtained during training or within 60 days of hire)

- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive assistance based on guest preferences
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of our menu to confidently suggest and upsell items to guests
- Prepare food and condiments, adhering to Outback quality standards
- Ensure accurate fulfillment of guest orders to provide a memorable dining experience
- Collaborate effectively and supportively with team members
- Uphold stringent food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision
- Assist throughout the restaurant as needed, exemplifying collaboration that is expected of all team members
