- strong communication skills especially regarding resident dietary needs
- commitment to professional appearance and safety including wearing a proper uniform slip-resistant shoes and gloves as required

Job Duties
- provide personalized dining service including taking orders serving meals and assisting with all clean-up procedures
- prepare and maintain dining kitchen and storage areas ensuring they are safe organized and sanitary according to cleaning schedules and requirements
- inspect dining supplies utensils and equipment recommending replacements as needed
- build positive relationships with residents their families and team members
- comply with hygiene and safety standards in food handling and dining environment
- assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for meals
- communicate effectively with residents about dietary preferences and needs
