Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • TABC certified
  • Texas Food Handlers certified
  • 1-3 years food service or restaurant experience
  • minimum 21 years of age
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • able to stand for long periods
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • able to work inside and outside environmental conditions

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years food service or restaurant experience
  • minimum 21 years of age
  • strong orientation to customer service
  • ability to work with other staff members
  • excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
  • attention to detail and service oriented
  • ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • ability to speak effectively before groups

Job Duties

  • Provide guest with exceptional, professional, and attentive food and beverage service
  • assist with the preparation and set-up
  • report any guest concerns and/or complaints to Food and Beverage Manager
  • provide guidance and support to temporary staff assigned to an event
  • assist in any and all side work including cleaning and filling salt and pepper containers, sugar dishes, and creamers, collecting banquet equipment such as flatware, china, glassware, and serving pieces, and preparing garnishes, beverages, condiments, and bread
  • perform other duties as assigned
