Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must possess or be able to obtain Arizona Food Handler's Card and Title 4 Certification
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous server or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift trays up to 25 lbs
- Current Arizona Food Handler's Card and Title 4 Certification or ability to obtain
- Flexible schedule including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature
- Be knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and promotions
- Upsell and make menu suggestions to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and problem-solving
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions
- Assist with event setups, breakdowns, and banquet service as needed
