Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in assisted living or related care environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to monitor and support residents with varying needs
- Reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Deliver food services to each resident in assigned resident group
- Monitor activities and behavior of residents to ensure appropriate care and service
- Coordinate with food service and care teams to maintain holistic resident care
- Communicate effectively with team members about residents' needs
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of dining services
- Maintain a clean and safe dining environment
