Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- capable of lifting 25 pounds or more
- able to stand for 8 hours or more
- strong verbal and written English communication skills

- willingness to complete required training courses

Job Duties
- arrives on time for work shift, well-groomed and dressed in the appropriate uniform
- reviews and sets up section assuring all dishes, silverware, glassware and table linens are in appropriate order and clean
- possess complete knowledge of menus and salad bar prior to working the dining floor
- graciously receives and greets members by name and their guests
- suggests and/or describes available appetizers, entrees, desserts, alcoholic beverages and wines to members and guests
- coordinates food service between kitchen and service staff
- maintains all silver service ware items
- professionally and quickly handles complaints from club members, guests, and visitors and communicates to management immediately
- understands and consistently follows safety, accident and emergency policies and procedures
- ensures proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety of dining areas and reports any issues to management or Facility Director
- assures pre-opening cleaning tasks are completed
- may assist service guest reservation system
- assists with service of food and beverages in outlets and special functions when needed
- assists with table clearing and resetting
- suggests to management when additional supplies and small equipment are needed
- enforces established club rules, regulations and policies
- attends pre-service employee briefings
- knowledgeable of and follows local and state laws and club policies for the service of alcoholic beverages
- completes other assignments and projects as required
- works with a good attitude, respect towards others and creates professional working relationships
- follows club safety and security policies and promptly reports any accidents, injuries, maintenance issues, suspicious activities and unsafe conditions
- completes required computer-based courses and department training
