Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a server preferred but not required
- CPR/First Aid certification training available upon hire
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences to residents and guests
- Ensure Dining Room cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere
- Provide prompt and courteous meal service
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values in daily work
- Maintain good communication and interpersonal relationships
- Assist with other dining room tasks as needed
