Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- Set tables according to type of event and service standards
- Answer questions on menu selections
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures of the company
- Keep the manager updated on any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions
- Satisfactorily finish safety training and obtain essential certifications
- Guarantee that the uniform and personal presentation are clean and professional
- Ensure the protection of company assets while maintaining confidentiality
- Extend courteous acknowledgment and welcome all visitors
- Prepare to meet guests’ needs and assist individuals with disabilities
- Speak with others using clear and professional language
- Build and maintain positive working alliances with others
- Foster a collaborative environment within the support team to achieve mutual objectives and meet quality standards
