Job Duties

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • Answer questions on menu selections
  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures of the company
  • Keep the manager updated on any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions
  • Satisfactorily finish safety training and obtain essential certifications
  • Guarantee that the uniform and personal presentation are clean and professional
  • Ensure the protection of company assets while maintaining confidentiality
  • Extend courteous acknowledgment and welcome all visitors
  • Prepare to meet guests’ needs and assist individuals with disabilities
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language
  • Build and maintain positive working alliances with others
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the support team to achieve mutual objectives and meet quality standards
