Job Requirements

Job Duties
- The Dining Room Server is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service directly
- This role ensures guests receive timely, accurate, and courteous service in line with company standards while maintaining cleanliness and communication with relevant departments
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- Set tables according to type of event and service standards
- Answer questions on menu selections
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures of the company
- Keep the manager updated on any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions that may require attention
- Satisfactorily finish safety training and obtain essential certifications
- Guarantee that the uniform and personal presentation of individuals are clean and reflect a professional image
- Ensure the protection of company assets while upholding the confidentiality of proprietary information
- Extend a courteous acknowledgment and welcome all visitors based on the company's guidelines
- Prepare to meet guests' needs and assist individuals with disabilities by offering necessary support
- Speak with others using clear and professional language
- Build and maintain a network of positive working alliances with others in your field
- Foster a collaborative environment within the support team to achieve mutual objectives, demonstrate attentive listening and appropriate responses to the concerns raised by colleagues
- Ensure that quality expectations and standards are met
