Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years experience in food service
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Current ServSafe certificate
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Experience with buffet catering
- Working knowledge of kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, co-workers and the surrounding community
- As a supervisor, maintain an active role in growing community occupancy by representing and interacting positively with potential residents, family members and professionals
- Oversee the service of meals to residents in the dining room, function rooms and other designated areas of service
- Manage cleanliness, preparation, training and staffing of the dining room
- Assist the Culinary Services Director to assure efficient operation of the culinary service department
- Communicate with the Executive Director and culinary team and attend meetings as requested
- Schedule associates, plan events, order supplies, and interview, hire, counsel and terminate dining room personnel
