Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests
- ensure exceptional service during mealtimes
- act as liaison between residents, staff, and the Director of Dining
- assist with interviewing, training, and goal-setting for team members
- maintain high standards of sanitation, equipment, and staff performance
- manage inventory and work within budget guidelines
- be available to work flexible hours and fill in as needed
- proficient in all Bistro positions
- support staff during peak times
- oversee menu updates and weekly specials
- ensure food quality and presentation
- collaborate with other departments and attend planning meetings for special events
- maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
