Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 2 years of related hospitality experience
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail
- Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk 100% of the time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints effectively
Job Qualifications
- Passion for creating memorable, world-class guest experiences
- 2+ years of related experience in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, etiquette, and wine/beverage service
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail
- Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints using active listening skills to maintain guest goodwill
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures
- Maintain an elegant, safe, and clean environment for guests and team members
- Assist managers in training and development of the team, and conduct team member 1-on-1 sessions
- Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
- Anticipate guest needs, personalize service, and resolve concerns with discretion and professionalism
- Supervise hourly team members in the daily performance of their duties
- Ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service
