Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of related hospitality experience
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail
  • Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk 100% of the time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Passion for creating memorable, world-class guest experiences
  • 2+ years of related experience in hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, etiquette, and wine/beverage service
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail
  • Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints using active listening skills to maintain guest goodwill
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures
  • Maintain an elegant, safe, and clean environment for guests and team members
  • Assist managers in training and development of the team, and conduct team member 1-on-1 sessions
  • Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
  • Anticipate guest needs, personalize service, and resolve concerns with discretion and professionalism
  • Supervise hourly team members in the daily performance of their duties
  • Ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service
