Job Duties
- Supervise dining services staff to ensure high performance
- Prepare and serve food according to menus and recipes
- Adhere to federal, state, and local food safety regulations
- Collaborate with consulting dietician and Executive Director to maintain nutritional standards
- Ensure kitchens are clean, safe, and sanitary at all times
- Provide an excellent dining experience emphasizing resident satisfaction
- Promote person-centered care and model a home-like dining atmosphere
