The Dining Room Supervisor role at Farmington Station is integral to delivering an outstanding dining experience to seniors through compassionate leadership and attentive service. This full-time position works Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, requiring reliable and dedicated individuals capable of managing the front-of-house dining operations. The supervisor provides guidance to the dining staff, overseeing scheduling, meal setups, special event coordination, and the overall cleanliness of the dining area. Beyond administrative responsibilities, the role includes serving duties during busy periods, ensuring that resident needs are promptly met with a high standard of service. Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and supervision for front-of-house staff in the dining room
  • oversee scheduling of waitstaff, setup of meals and special events, and cleanliness of dining room
  • serve as a server when the need arises
  • provide cook and prep cook hours and training when requested
  • ensure high standards of customer service and resident satisfaction
  • maintain safety and hygiene standards in dining areas
  • assist with inventory and supply management
