Job Requirements

  • Food Safety certification preferred
  • ability to lift trays and dishes and occasionally move dining tables and furniture
  • effective communication skills with residents and co-workers
  • minimum one year of supervisory or training experience
  • punctuality and reliability
  • ability to work full-time Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of experience supervising or training staff
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • Food Safety certification preferred
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • ability to assist with cooking and meal preparation

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and supervision for front-of-house staff in the dining room
  • oversee scheduling of waitstaff, setup of meals and special events, and cleanliness of dining room
  • serve as a server when the need arises
  • provide cook and prep cook hours and training when requested
  • ensure high standards of customer service and resident satisfaction
  • maintain safety and hygiene standards in dining areas
  • assist with inventory and supply management
