Job Requirements
- Food Safety certification preferred
- ability to lift trays and dishes and occasionally move dining tables and furniture
- effective communication skills with residents and co-workers
- minimum one year of supervisory or training experience
- punctuality and reliability
- ability to work full-time Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of experience supervising or training staff
- effective communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- Food Safety certification preferred
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- ability to assist with cooking and meal preparation
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and supervision for front-of-house staff in the dining room
- oversee scheduling of waitstaff, setup of meals and special events, and cleanliness of dining room
- serve as a server when the need arises
- provide cook and prep cook hours and training when requested
- ensure high standards of customer service and resident satisfaction
- maintain safety and hygiene standards in dining areas
- assist with inventory and supply management
