Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year prior experience in food service or related hospitality field
- Prefer prior experience supervising dining room or restaurant staff

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and motivate staff
- Knowledge of food service standards and safety protocols
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
Job Duties
- Directly supervising all dining staff including table and section assignments
- Ensuring adequate staffing for dining room services and assisting where needed
- Training dining staff on Legend's Gold Leaf Dining standards including prompt, efficient and courteous service
- Ensuring proper setup, stock and cleanliness of dining room including tables, chairs, floors and service areas
- Relaying special food requests, meal concerns and other comments to the appropriate individuals
