Job Requirements
- One year prior experience in a food service or related hospitality field
- high school diploma or GED
- prior experience supervising dining room or restaurant staff preferred

- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- strong customer service orientation
- familiarity with food service operations and safety standards
- ability to work evenings and weekends as required
Job Duties
- Directly supervising all dining staff, including table and section assignments
- ensuring adequate staffing for dining room services and assisting where as needed
- training dining staff on Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining standards, including prompt, efficient and courteous service
- ensuring proper setup, stock and cleanliness of dining room including tables, chairs, floors, and service areas
- relaying special food requests, meal concerns, and other comments to the appropriate individuals
