Job Requirements
- Experience supervising a staff of 15+ employees
- high school graduate or GED
- demonstrated experience in food preparation and managing the front of house
- experience in volume food production within a commercial kitchen
- knowledge of state food-handling and kitchen regulations
- ability to operate kitchen appliances and office equipment
- promote teamwork in providing services to residents

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to residents
- schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services for diners
- greet guests, escort them to tables and provide menus
- address and solve complaints of residents while providing exceptional customer service
- oversee dining room server duties while expediting drink and food orders in a timely fashion
- assign work tasks and coordinate activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service
- inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
