Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum one year dining management experience
- knowledge of wine and beverage
- familiarity with JONAS, Outlook 365, ADP preferred
- proficiency with Microsoft Windows PC
- availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends during peak season
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to manage and motivate staff

Job Duties
- Manage dining room floor presence during service hours
- lead and promote a high performance team with sales techniques
- communicate efficiently between front and back of house
- train and supervise dining room staff and assist with onboarding
- enforce service sequence techniques including drink delivery and food coursing
- inspect cleanliness of dining areas and tabletops
- assign and verify completion of side work
- build rapport with members and learn their preferences
- update reservations and forecast dining flow using SevenRooms
- complete end-of-shift sales reports and compare to budget
- attend manager meetings and contribute ideas
- plan and execute special dining events
- research and implement food and beverage trends
- manage dining function marketing
- support all food and beverage outlets as needed
