Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum one year dining management experience
  • knowledge of wine and beverage
  • familiarity with JONAS, Outlook 365, ADP preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Windows PC
  • availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends during peak season
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage and motivate staff

Job Duties

  • Manage dining room floor presence during service hours
  • lead and promote a high performance team with sales techniques
  • communicate efficiently between front and back of house
  • train and supervise dining room staff and assist with onboarding
  • enforce service sequence techniques including drink delivery and food coursing
  • inspect cleanliness of dining areas and tabletops
  • assign and verify completion of side work
  • build rapport with members and learn their preferences
  • update reservations and forecast dining flow using SevenRooms
  • complete end-of-shift sales reports and compare to budget
  • attend manager meetings and contribute ideas
  • plan and execute special dining events
  • research and implement food and beverage trends
  • manage dining function marketing
  • support all food and beverage outlets as needed
