Job Requirements
- One year prior experience in a food service or related hospitality field
- High school diploma or GED
- Prefer prior experience supervising dining room or restaurant staff

Job Duties
- Directly supervising all dining staff including table and section assignments
- Ensuring adequate staffing for dining room services and assisting where needed
- Training dining staff on Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining standards including prompt efficient and courteous service
- Ensuring proper setup stock and cleanliness of dining room including tables chairs floors and service areas
- Relaying special food requests meal concerns and other comments to the appropriate individuals
