Job Requirements

  • One year prior experience in a food service or related hospitality field
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prefer prior experience supervising dining room or restaurant staff

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year prior experience in food service or related hospitality field
  • Prior experience supervising dining room or restaurant staff preferred

Job Duties

  • Directly supervising all dining staff including table and section assignments
  • Ensuring adequate staffing for dining room services and assisting where needed
  • Training dining staff on Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining standards including prompt efficient and courteous service
  • Ensuring proper setup stock and cleanliness of dining room including tables chairs floors and service areas
  • Relaying special food requests meal concerns and other comments to the appropriate individuals
