Job Duties
- Supervise dining services staff
- Prepare food following appropriate menus and recipes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local food service standards and regulations
- Maintain kitchens in a clean, safe and sanitary manner
- Collaborate with consulting dietician and Executive Director to ensure quality nutritional meals
- Provide excellent dining experiences for residents
- Model person-centered care and a resident-first approach
