Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • willingness to work Monday through Friday 11:00 am to 7:30 pm with flexibility for events and holidays
  • ability to successfully complete ServSafe Manager certification within 90 days

Job Qualifications

  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in the food service industry
  • experience working in a team environment preferably in a culinary setting
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and community
  • high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • basic Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Outlook
  • must complete ServSafe Manager food safety certification within 90 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, and retain the server team
  • monitor and lead the resident dining experience ensuring satisfaction with food and service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room
  • greet residents warmly as they enter the dining area
  • mentor and lead a team of servers through effective leadership
  • build positive and impactful relationships with residents and peers
  • uphold company core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
