Job Requirements

  • Ability to work and make decisions in high pressure situations

  • willingness to work weekends, evenings, holidays and special events
  • willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
  • possess or be willing to obtain a Washington State Food Handlers Card and a mixologist permit
  • experience with training and scheduling team members
  • knowledge and ability to follow state and federal regulations

  • possess or willing to get a Washington State Food Handlers Card and a mixologist permit

Job Duties

  • Create wait staff scheduling and assist in front and back of house scheduling and reports as needed
  • recommend changes to food products as necessary to enhance the dining experience and improve the company's profitability
  • supervising the closure of the dining room at the end of dinner
  • help maintain appropriate payroll budgeting
  • assist in managing kitchen and dining staff to achieve customer service and financial goals of dining department
  • help create a positive work environment in order to maintain low staff turnover
  • assist in coordinating front and back of house staff to create a seamless flow
  • be responsible for training and development of new wait staff
  • provide appropriate coaching to employees so they can perform job duties effectively
