Job Requirements
- Ability to work and make decisions in high pressure situations
- commitment to Touchmark's values including hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity
- willingness to work weekends, evenings, holidays and special events
- willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
- possess or be willing to obtain a Washington State Food Handlers Card and a mixologist permit
- experience with training and scheduling team members
- knowledge and ability to follow state and federal regulations

Job Duties
- Create wait staff scheduling and assist in front and back of house scheduling and reports as needed
- recommend changes to food products as necessary to enhance the dining experience and improve the company's profitability
- supervising the closure of the dining room at the end of dinner
- help maintain appropriate payroll budgeting
- assist in managing kitchen and dining staff to achieve customer service and financial goals of dining department
- help create a positive work environment in order to maintain low staff turnover
- assist in coordinating front and back of house staff to create a seamless flow
- be responsible for training and development of new wait staff
- provide appropriate coaching to employees so they can perform job duties effectively
