Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • able to perform physical tasks including moving and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • able to reach, bend, twist, and navigate various surfaces
  • good communication skills
  • available to work part-time hours
  • able to follow safety protocols
  • able to maintain professional appearance

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent general education development (ged)
  • no prior supervisory experience required
  • previous experience in food service environments is a plus
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • ability to support team goals and work collaboratively
  • basic safety knowledge and willingness to learn safety procedures

Job Duties

  • complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise
  • dismantle merchandise displays
  • clean all equipment and areas
  • store equipment properly
  • lock refrigerators
  • replenish supplies
  • turn off lights and lock doors
  • complete daily cleaning checklist
  • organize and maintain work areas
  • inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glassware, and silverware before use
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • comply with safety policies and procedures
  • report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • ensure neat and professional uniform and appearance
  • maintain confidentiality and protect company property
  • support colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect
  • assist the team in meeting common goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds independently
  • stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • read and visually verify information in various formats
  • grab, turn, and handle objects of various sizes and weights
  • reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, drag, and stoop
  • navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs
  • greet and recognize guests according to company standards
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • answer phone calls with appropriate etiquette
  • perform reasonable work tasks as directed by supervisors
