Job Qualifications

- no prior supervisory experience required
- previous experience in food service environments is a plus

Job Duties
- complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise
- dismantle merchandise displays
- clean all equipment and areas
- store equipment properly
- lock refrigerators
- replenish supplies
- turn off lights and lock doors
- complete daily cleaning checklist
- organize and maintain work areas
- inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glassware, and silverware before use
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- comply with safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure neat and professional uniform and appearance
- maintain confidentiality and protect company property
- support colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist the team in meeting common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds independently
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- read and visually verify information in various formats
- grab, turn, and handle objects of various sizes and weights
- reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, drag, and stoop
- navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs
- greet and recognize guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally
- answer phone calls with appropriate etiquette
- perform reasonable work tasks as directed by supervisors
