Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Knowledge of and ability to meet regulations of ADA, state, infection and control, health department, and OSHA
- Previous experience in the dietary department of a health care facility or restaurant preferred, but not required
- Demonstration of core values including love, kindness, honesty, goodness, fairness, and respect
- Availability to work PRN (on call/as needed) shifts
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a dining environment

Job Duties
- Be present in dining room for full meal service
- Assist special functions as scheduled
- Maintain high cleanliness, hygiene, and a sanitary and infection free environment at all times
- Oversight of bistro areas as directed - food presentation, cleanliness, stock supplies, beverages, make popcorn, etc.
- Know the specials of the day and how they are prepared and presented
- Learn individual resident names, dietary needs, requests, likes and dislikes
- Must serve hot food hot and cold food cold
- As directed, participate in the Quality Assurance Committee
- Sanitize tables and chairs, reset tables, and vacuum floor after each meal
- Attend all trainings, orientation, and mandatory meetings
