Job Requirements
- Be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
- Be comfortable working on your feet for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Have strong communication skills and work well as part of a team
- Be at least 16 years old
- Hold a valid Fayette County Food Handler’s License prior to first scheduled shift
- Obtain a Kentucky Horse Racing Commission license provided by Keeneland upon hire

Job Duties
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to guest tables quickly and accurately
- Clear used dishes, glassware, and utensils, maintain cleanliness and organization of tables throughout service
- Refill water glasses and respond to guest needs when appropriate
- Keep service stations stocked, organized, and clean throughout your shift
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house to help maintain consistent service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent Keeneland’s standards of excellence at all times
