Job Requirements

  • Valid Washington state food handler permit
  • valid alcohol-serving card or willingness to obtain
  • minimum two years of experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant
  • availability to work flexible shifts
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of high-volume restaurant serving experience
  • valid Washington state food handler permit
  • valid alcohol-serving card or willingness to obtain
  • knowledge of seafood and wine is a plus
  • positive personality and strong work ethic
  • ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

  • Greet guests politely and promptly
  • take accurate food and beverage orders
  • serve meals efficiently and attentively
  • assist with dining room cleanliness and organization
  • respond to guest inquiries and requests
  • handle payments and tips responsibly
  • work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff
