Job Requirements
- must be able to pass a level 2 background check
- ability to maintain positive resident relations through a courteous, cooperative and understanding manner
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

- previous experience in a customer service or dining position preferred

Job Duties
- deliver restaurant style dining services with a hospitality focus
- bring a cheerful energy that brings a smile to residents during each meal service
- assist residents with special dining requests
- work as a team to maintain a clean and inviting dining room
- adhere to all health and safety regulations
- communicate effectively with team members and residents
- provide attentive and courteous service to residents
