Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- willingness to comply with all community policies and procedures
- passion for providing excellent customer service to seniors
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a hospitality or food service role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- demonstrated ability to provide compassionate customer service especially to senior residents
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and courteous service to residents during meal times
- assist residents with dining needs including serving food and beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal delivery
- handle resident inquiries and requests with professionalism and patience
- support team members to promote a positive dining environment
