Job Requirements
- Available to work 2nd shift hours starting as early as 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm
- availability for some Saturday breakfast shifts from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm
- must pass drug test
- must pass TB test
- must pass physical examination
- must pass background check
- ability to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends
- ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or as a server preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- genuine interest in working with seniors
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- ability to handle physical aspects of the job such as standing and walking for extended periods
Job Duties
- Greet and serve residents courteously
- bus tables throughout meal service
- maintain clean and organized dining areas
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays as scheduled
- assist in maintaining dining room presentation
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff and residents
