Job Duties
- provide food and beverage service to Members and Guests adhering to Kansas City Country Club service standards
- maintain comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu and weekly featured items
- know and communicate knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines available at the club
- learn Member names and greet them promptly with a warm welcome to make them feel at home
- complete daily assignments and side work as required
- perform additional tasks as needed or directed
- coordinate with team members to ensure Member and Guest satisfaction and retention
