Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Food handler's permit as required
- Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Compassionate and responsible character
- Honest and dependable
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid food handler's permit as required
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Demonstrated compassion and patience when working with seniors
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of dining room service etiquette
Job Duties
- Professionally serving meals in a restaurant-style dining room
- Providing a high level of customer service to residents and guests
- Assisting with meal setup and cleanup as needed
- Collaborating with kitchen and dining staff to ensure timely meal service
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area
- Addressing resident and guest inquiries or concerns promptly
- Other duties as assigned
