Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and full-time hours
- Physical ability to perform dining room duties including standing and walking for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and adapt to community standards
Job Qualifications
- Love for seniors and willingness to learn
- Previous serving and food preparation experience is good to have
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to communicate with managers, other employees, and residents
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
Job Duties
- Serve as team leader and supervisor for dining service staff, offering guidance and support
- Greeting residents and their visitors at the table
- Serving residents beverages and meals in a courteous, friendly, helpful, and accurate manner
- Delivering room service trays as necessary
- Bussing dining room tables and cleaning chairs
- Resetting tables for the next meal
- Side work/cleaning as assigned
