Job Duties
- Greet residents by name and create a friendly dining atmosphere
- Take meal orders and answer questions about the menu
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously
- Ensure the dining room is clean, attractive, and operating smoothly
- Assist with special events and catered functions as needed
- Maintain patient and tactful composure when interacting with residents, families, and staff
- Follow health and safety standards in the dining area
