Job Requirements
- At least one year of restaurant experience
- State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site
- Ability to work part-time hours totaling approximately 20 per week
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to handle payment transactions accurately
- Willingness to assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- Greet guests after seating and provide attentive customer service
- Inform guests of daily specials and answer questions about menus, including alcoholic beverages
- Take accurate meal orders and confirm with guests
- Serve food promptly and ensure guest satisfaction through follow-up
- Present checks timely and handle payments
- Assist in seating guests, clearing and resetting tables, taking reservations, and maintaining Open Table system information
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and assist in training new staff
- Stay informed about current and upcoming events in Mitchell Hall
- Foster a safe environment of respect and inclusion for faculty, staff, students, and community members
