Job Requirements

- Proven experience in an upscale dining environment
- Solid computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferred certifications ServSafe Food CPR Training and TiPS Alcohol Certification

Job Duties
- Coordinating the daily operations of the front of house team ensuring smooth and efficient service from breakfasts lunches and occasional receptions and dinners
- Handling inventory for front of house sections making certain they remain sufficiently supplied to support business demands
- Supervising and training the waitstaff team conducting pre-service briefings and crafting work schedules to maintain service excellence
- Managing reservations ensuring accuracy and communicating dietary restrictions with the culinary team
- Reporting on volume of activity and projections
